I am an integrative psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 25 years' experience working in specialist mental health services, therapeutic communities and private practice.
Over those years I have become increasingly interested not only in what brings people to therapy, but in what allows something different to become possible within a therapeutic relationship.
I don't believe one therapeutic model can fully describe a person.
My training includes analytic psychotherapy, person-centred therapy, Mentalization-Based Therapy, group analysis, relationship psychotherapy and clinical supervision. These different traditions inform my work, but I try to meet the person in front of me rather than fit their experience into a particular theory.
Curiosity is central to how I work. I am interested in thoughts and emotions, but also in the body, relationships, patterns of responding, uncertainty and what happens between us in the therapeutic relationship.
Sometimes therapy creates movement and change. Sometimes its value lies in having somewhere we can remain with an experience long enough for something different to become visible.
I work with adults and couples and welcome LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and culturally diverse clients.
I practise in English and Greek and offer primarily online psychotherapy, with occasional face-to-face psychotherapy in London by arrangement.
