I have 15 years of experience in supervision acquired in a variety of mental health settings, particularly in personality disorder psychological services. I hold a Diploma in Supervision from the Institute of Group Analysis, and I offer individual and group supervision sessions.
The aim is to provide a safe supervision space for therapists to explore their work with clients and encourage new perspectives in clinical case management. An important aspect of supervision is to further develop an awareness of transference and countertransference in the consulting room and work through issues in the clinical work that obscure the therapeutic boundaries or influence clinical judgment and management of clinical risk.
